Hi, I'm Natalie. The mentor who's done the waiting.
I was the first woman at an executive table in thirty years. Twelve men and me. I could run any room, and I still couldn't give myself permission to start my own business. I finally did in 2020. Now I run two, and I help regional women stop waiting for theirs.
I'm based in Newcastle. I'm a colour maximalist, a romance reader, and I believe most women don't need more advice. They need a mentor who says you've got this and means it.
I know what it feels like when everyone relies on you and nobody, including you, asks what you want. I had the skills, the plan and the track record. What I didn't have was permission, and it took a global pandemic to give me what I could have given myself years earlier.
Now I spend my days making sure other women don't wait that long.
