Food and real conversation
You sit down, you eat, and you talk about what you are actually weighing up. Not what you do for work.
Come to the table
Not ready to commit to four months? Start with food and conversation. One table, and the honest stories of women who have faced a crossroads and chosen. No panel, no pitch, no name badges.
What it is
The Wise Table sits outside the Wise Women Club. It is a way to experience the conversations, the connection and the calibre of this community before deciding what comes next.
You sit down, you eat, and you talk about what you are actually weighing up. Not what you do for work.
Women who have stood at a crossroads and made the call, talking honestly about what it cost and what it gave them.
You leave having said something out loud you have been carrying alone, in front of people who will remember it.
Male allies welcome
Male allies are intentionally welcome at The Wise Table. This is a place for regional women and the people around them to talk about women's leadership, ambition, agency and opportunity, in the same room rather than separately.
Allies see the calibre of the women here firsthand. Many go on to become advocates, connectors and sponsors, the people who open a door at the moment it matters.
Who is already at your table, and who should be?
Where it leads
Step one
One table. You meet the room and hear what choosing actually looked like for women who have done it.
Then, if it fits
An ongoing membership. Four meaningful moves a year, with women around you who are making their own.
Or go deeper
Four months, mentored, in a circle of twelve. Your next move chosen and witnessed.
Not sure which? Come to the table first.
